Get your life insurance license. You will be getting your "resident" state life license. You will need to study an online course at your own pace, and then take a state exam. After you pass the exam, you will pass a background check and then be licensed.

The course we recommend has a link to enroll at the bottom of this box. The reason we use this course is because it was made by a life insurance agent for life insurance agents.

It has the least amount of material to remember in order to pass the state exam. It also has the highest first time state exam pass rate in the country, compared to other courses.

I have sent very many agents to this course and so far, 99% who used it passed the exam on their first attempt.

Once you have passed your state exam, most states conduct a background check. Upon passing that check, your resident state will issue your license. When you have received your license, we will contract you to all of the top rated life insurance carriers we use.

Once we have completed all the above, and while we are waiting for the carriers to process your applications to sell for them, we will start daily training. 

Every TPG calendar deals in Eastern Time Zone...

Each morning at 9am EST we have a 30 minute kick-off Zoom. These are the main TPG-wide company Zoom meetings. They happen from Monday to Friday each day in the breakout room called Conference Room. These are kick off meetings to train, encourage, and support the agents. On Mondays, the owner of TPG, David Price, leads these. Other leaders like Brian and Rita McRay lead them the other days of the week. 

The next opportunity starts at 1pm EST and goes to 2pm. This is Monday thru Friday as well. These are held in the breakout room called Exclusive Training Room. These are dedicated times of sales training that various leaders lead on many different topics.

We constantly see that new agents who turn into top agents are always those who participate in these trainings from the start of their journey, so attend all that your schedule allows.
